No. Anora membership is a direct relationship with your physician — it is not health insurance and does not replace your insurance coverage. We do not bill insurance for any services. Members are responsible for outside costs such as specialist referrals, imaging, hospitalizations, and independently billed labs.

Foundation and Wellness memberships are month-to-month — cancel anytime with 30 days written notice after your initial enrollment period. Longevity membership requires a 12-month annual commitment. Full remaining balance is due if cancelled during a commitment period. Please refer to your Member Agreement for complete terms.

Many of our members use Anora alongside their existing providers. Our functional medicine and optimization focus often complements rather than replaces other care relationships. For Longevity members, we typically serve as your primary physician relationship.

Yes. Foundation members can add a spouse or partner for +$125/month and children for +$50/month each (first two), +$35/month for additional children. Separate Member Agreements are required for each enrolled family member.
